Work with me
Start wherever you're curious. Every one of them begins with an honest look at what's actually going on.
You tell me what's going on, I tell you honestly whether I can help and where I'd start. If I'm not the right person, I'll say so.
Breath, movement, and the one adjustment that changes everything else. For the thing that keeps coming back. Your first session comes with the Human Guide.
More time, more digging. For a real reset, or something you've been carrying around for years.
Elsewhere
Not coaching. Things I've made, and places I'll be.
A Flow Social is two hours of learning a new skill with a room full of good humans. Dates for the next one are on my events page.

Who I am
I've been coaching since 2010. I coach and train at Gravity + Oxygen in downtown Boca Raton, where I'm also the Creative Director.
ELVT is the framework and the operating system. Four phases: Explore, Load, Vanquish, Tune. Run the cycle and you come out an elevated version of who walked in. I've been building it since 2020.
ELVT isn't a fitness company. It's a movement company. Fitness is the hour you put in, and it's a band-aid on a day spent sitting down. Movement is the other twenty-three. We've built a life that quietly takes it out of us: artificial light, feet that never touch the ground, food and screens that arrive without us moving at all. Most people feel that long before they can name it.
So I start with the basics and keep them sustainable. Small pieces of movement, scattered through a real day, that you can actually do on a Tuesday. The goal isn't a harder workout. It's a body that's ready for the day you're actually having.
What I care about is the fundamentals. How you breathe, how you stand, how you get off the floor. Get those right and the rest comes easier.
